We need a centralised communications platform for organising events (only around half of our attendees are on facebook). I got https://hangs.yaycode.net back up and running, and got it working on Ben's phone (which has been a long-term problem). From here, I'll set up a channel for the weekend and invite everyone onto it so we have a place to coordinate the event.
